In this day and age, many of us have numerous emails.  Make sure you login to the right account.  You can check your email account in our system here.

Our purchase process gave you the option to add a student email.  If you did that, then you purchased for them, not you.  Visit My Account and log directly into your child's account or manually log in to their account with the username/password sent to their account.
